Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Twirldress (twirldress.com) is an independent AI dress try-on service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. For any privacy question or request, write to support@twirldress.com.
2. What we collect
- Sign-in data (optional). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name, email address, and profile picture. We keep these account basics in our database while your account is active, so we can recognize you, keep your credits with the right account, and support you. We never post anywhere on your behalf, and you can ask us to erase them at any time.
- Photos and dress images you upload. Used only to generate your result. We do not store them on our servers after your image is generated, we do not use them to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for any other purpose.
- Quota records. To keep the free try-on single-use per account, we store a record keyed by your account ID (if signed in) or a one-way hash of your IP address (if not). Records are kept while your account is active — they contain no photo data, and we cannot recover your IP address from the hash. Write to us and we will erase them on request.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard security logs such as request times and status codes.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site is used — pages viewed, rough region, device and browser type, and referring site. Google sets its own cookies on our behalf to do this. It is not used for advertising, and we never send it your photos or sign-in details.
3. What we never do
- No advertising cookies, no ad networks, no data brokers.
- We never sell your data, and we collect only what this policy lists.
- We never publish your photos or results anywhere.
4. Who processes data with us
- Google — optional sign-in. Google receives your sign-in interaction under its own privacy policy.
- Our image-generation provider (fal.ai) — when you generate a result, your photo and the dress image are transmitted to fal.ai solely to produce your image. They process it as a processor on our behalf; we do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, its network, storage and security logs.
5. Cookies
We use two functional cookies: a short-lived security cookie during Google sign-in (csrf/state), and a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Google Analytics also sets its own cookies (such as _ga) so we can count page views and returning visitors; these can last up to 24 months. You can clear or block analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site works fully without them.
6. How long we keep things
- Uploaded photos and dress images: only for the seconds it takes to generate your result — not stored afterwards.
- Session cookie: up to 30 days (until you sign out).
- Account basics from Google sign-in (name, email, profile picture): kept while your account is active — erasable on request.
- Quota records: kept while your account is active (erased on request) — this is what keeps the free try-on single-use.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us: what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Sign out removes your session instantly; to delete your quota record or anything else, email support@twirldress.com from your account email and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you additionally have rights to portability and to object to processing, and can complain to your local data protection authority; if you are a California resident, we do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. If a change is material, we will also note it on the homepage before it takes effect.
